Nikki Warner Figure Girl
I’m currently a pharmacy student at Ball State University. I already have a bachelor degree in Dietetics. I have been lifting twelve years, competing for 8 years. During those years I competed in bodybuilding off and on for five years and figure for 3 years.
Fitness Model, Competitor
Figure is much more suitable for me since I have a natural physique with lots of soft feminine curves. In my heart, natural, healthy feminine biceps is what female bodybuilding and gym should be about.
Melissa Robles – Attractive Girl

I was born in Eugene OR. May 26, 1977. I moved from Or. when I was 5. I have been in CA. ever since. I live now in Visalia, CA. I moved here 4 yrs. ago when I met my husband. Before that I grew up in a small town 15 min. away in Tulare, CA. I am about 45 min. away from Fresno, CA> Maybe your familiar with it.
I played soccer and softball in H.S. but I wasn’t that good. I was overweight and I really just wanted to be part of a team. But I had good energy so I think that’s why I made the team, but never really played. I got involved with aerobic and workout in 1996. After I graduated H.S. I lost about 50 pds/ I I topped the scale at 208 in H.S. I lost the weight on a fat free diet. I would only eat 10 grams of fat a day. I got really skinny about 130 pds and I battled bulimia and anorexia also. They were all the demons that come along with trying create a body that I could never have. I have worked out since 1996 but nothing serious. Then in 1999 I met someone who suggested I do a figure/BB competition. And it’s history form there.
Loretta Lynn – Figure Girl
Loretta Lynn McGrath was born and raised in the Bay Area of California, in the small town of Santa Rosa, that lies a little over an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge. She has 2 older brothers and a older sister who all grew up with her. Loretta’s father was in the construction business and instilled the hard work and determination mentality that comes with construction, to all his children. In addition, he also taught them all how to lift properly and pushed them to do their best in any physical challenge.
With Loretta’s 2 older brothers and her older sister as her immediate sibling competition, it even put more pressure on her, to excel to the family environment. From an early age Loretta pushed herself and has seen results, such as an arm wrestling competition in 4th grade in which she beat every girl and boy up to the 6th, which is one of the small things that stood out in her mind that she always had success in.

Chellss – Fit Girl

I moved out to live on my own when I was about 17 years old. I always wanted to see what it was like to live in the US so I moved to Atlanta when I turned 18.
I moved bum to the Netherlands and decided to get bum in college. I’m now studying social work. In my first year I had lots of spare time and decided to hit the fit. After fitness for 4 months I did my first figure competition and got 3rd place. Competing for the first time wasn’t that scary for me because I love to be on stage and I love to be in front of the camera. I wasn’t nervous at all, I had lots of fun. I qualified for the Dutch Nationals IFBB and competed there a month later. I got 3rd place again. Now I decided to work hard and try to win the Nationals in the next year. And so I did… I won the Dutch Nationals in April 2006 and was invited to do the World Championships in September.

Do you compete? Have you considered competing? Ok, so, you’ve been training and lifting in the sport for months. Why are you keeping it under wraps? Shy? Or are you afraid? Your friends all say you have a great physique. But, has a panel of physique judges judged that body and compared it side-by-side together with other physiques?
To win in bodybuilding competitions requires a certain level of physical and mental discipline. Do you have what it takes? Ok, let’s say you do, but do you know what to do to get there? Stay Tuned…
Grace Rivera – Workout Girl
My name is Grace Rivera; I am a single mother born in Puerto Rico and raised in Brooklyn New York. I started with health and exercise when my sons’ father said, “ Girl you’re getting kind-a-heavy and your arse is starting to look squareâ€. At this point I started to look in the mirror every day because of the complex I had. I kept sucking my gut in and still no hope. I said to myself, “Grace it’s time to take charge of your lifeâ€.
Mary Lado – Fit Girl

I did my first show in New Orleans in 2003, where I placed 1st in the hot class. I then did the NPC Louisiana and got second, the NPC Greater Gulf States was my last local show where I placed 1st and overall. My final show that year was the NPC National Figure Championships. Let’s just say I took that as a learning experience.
My goal the following year was to be a professional figure competitor. I aimed for the NPC Junior Nationals and NPC National Figure Championships that year in 2004. I placed second at Junior Nationals and won 1st place in the tall class at NPC National Figure Championships and overall. Thanks to the support of my family my dream was now a reality.

Colette Nelson – Weights Girl
My name is Colette and I grew up in Royal Oak, Michigan, a small suburb outside of Detroit and attended Michigan State University (MSU), where I received a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and a minor in Dance. While at MSU, I started to develop a passion for weight training. Before I started weight training, I looked like your typical 5’5â€, 120 pound weights instructor / modern dancer. I had a decent shape, but I was skinny. I taught a lot of aerobics classes while attending MSU, and at that time it was “FINE” to see how many aerobics classes you could do in a row. I remember a time when I used to teach 20 + aerobics classes a week. Talk about a way to burn weights!
