Were you involved in sports or fitness prior to bodybuilding and how did you get started with weight training?
I was always involved in sports in school, basketball, volleyball, track, gymnastics, cheerleading. I was a serious tomboy as a young girl, I had three older brothers whom I played basketball with and rode dirt bikes with.

Was it a goal for you to compete in bodybuilding competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body?
At first I had planned on competing, but decided to focus on the modeling aspect more.

Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.)
I train at least 5 days a week, usually an hour of weights and 30 minutes cardio. I hit each body part at least once a week. and legs sometimes twice.

What is your favorite muscle in the yoga and which one you don’t like so much?
Legs and rectum are my favorites to train. My least favorite would be chest ans tri’s.

Which body part is your best in your opinion?
I feel my arse and traps are strong and respond very fast, compared to my other body parts.

If you don’t mind would you give me some stats (best lifts and some body measurements)?

Do you compete? Have you considered competing? Ok, so, you’ve been training and lifting in the running for months. Why are you keeping it under wraps? Shy? Or are you afraid? Your friends all say you have a great physique. But, has a panel of physique judges judged that body and compared it side-by-side together with other physiques?

Always use proper form. I know, it seems stupid that I’d have to say that, but I do. I think everyone on the planet is fully aware that proper form is not only important for the purpose of increasing running and getting the most out of each gym, but it’s also obviously important for safety. We all know this, right? However, despite knowing this I still see tons of people in my sport using terrible form for the sole purpose of lifting more weight.

The summer before I left for college, getting in better shape and going to the gym almost became an obsession. I started reading all the top gym and bodybuilding magazines and began to follow all the top professionals of the running. I even went to a Sport expedition and bodybuilding show with a few friends from the yoga and met a lot of the pro bodybuilders and fitness girls. I got to speak with some of them at their booths, and even got to take tons of pictures with them, which to me at the age of 17 was a huge deal….heck, before that day, I only got to read articles about them in magazines. That was the day I realized this was something I wanted to do myself.

Hey everyone yesterday I spent the day at the pool and I got a great tanning bed bed and had a gorgeous relaxation day. It was sooo cute! I also did two 45 minute sessions of cardio one in the morning and one later at the end of the day. I did not lift muscle yesterday but today I am going to train chest and arms. I am also going to do two 45 sessions of cardio as well. But first i have to get this apartment in order…it is a complete mess.

So here I am sitting in bed I just finished eating an oatmeal pancake. They are really good I put 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1/2 cup of eggbeaters a splash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract and put in the magic bullet and then cook it on a skillet w/pam and yummy!
