Tia – Weights Girl
Wouldn’t you like to watch me do an entire arm routine? I can begin with the curling bar. We’ll start with two 20lb. plates on each end and look at those arms. Watch me from rump. Look in the mirror. Put both your hands on my hairy arms arms and stroke those cannons. Watch me curl this weight right up to my chest. I’m only warming up. Give me two more ten-pound plates. Do you like the vascularity in my bulging muscles arms? Squeeze them while I flex and lift. Do you think the veins on my muscles are sexy? Would you like to lick them while I flex?
Melissa Robles – Gym Girl

I was born in Eugene OR. May 26, 1977. I moved from Or. when I was 5. I have been in CA. ever since. I live now in Visalia, CA. I moved here 4 yrs. ago when I met my husband. Before that I grew up in a small town 15 min. away in Tulare, CA. I am about 45 min. away from Fresno, CA> Maybe your familiar with it.
I played soccer and softball in H.S. but I wasn’t that good. I was overweight and I really just wanted to be part of a team. But I had good energy so I think that’s why I made the team, but never really played. I got involved with workout and running in 1996. After I graduated H.S. I lost about 50 pds/ I I topped the scale at 208 in H.S. I lost the weight on a fat free diet. I would only eat 10 grams of fat a day. I got really skinny about 130 pds and I battled bulimia and anorexia also. They were all the demons that come along with trying create a body that I could never have. I have worked out since 1996 but nothing serious. Then in 1999 I met someone who suggested I do a figure/BB competition. And it’s history form there.
Loretta Lynn – Figure Girl
Loretta Lynn McGrath was born and raised in the Bay Area of California, in the small town of Santa Rosa, that lies a little over an hour north of the Golden Gate Bridge. She has 2 older brothers and a older sister who all grew up with her. Loretta’s father was in the construction business and instilled the hard work and determination mentality that comes with construction, to all his children. In addition, he also taught them all how to lift properly and pushed them to do their best in any physical challenge.
With Loretta’s 2 older brothers and her older sister as her immediate sibling competition, it even put more pressure on her, to excel to the family environment. From an early age Loretta pushed herself and has seen results, such as an arm wrestling competition in 4th grade in which she beat every girl and boy up to the 6th, which is one of the small things that stood out in her mind that she always had success in.
